Terms and Conditions

1) HOW TO PLACE ORDER

• Shop online conveniently. Read the descriptions carefully and any questions please do not hesitate to contact us by email, sms etc.
• Prices shown are NOT including postage unless stated.
• No exchanged or refund after purchased. Make sure you check the size, colour etc before place your order.
• Reservations can only be made for 48 HOURS before we open the item for re-sale. Please put some deposit to secure your items for reservation.
• NO last minute back outs or cancellation after reservation.
• When it's gone, it's gone. Thus, FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE BASIS.
• We will reply to confirm your order via email on total charges and payment method within 48hrs

2) PRE-ORDER ITEMS

• we will order to our main supplier as per customer's request. Therefore we need some deposit of 50% to secure your booking/order. Once confirmation have been made, any cancellation or changing the color/size/quantity is not allowed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refund.
• if the item ordered is not available , your full deposit will be refunded.
• shipment from the UK will take approximately 8 WEEKS to arrive (from date of shipping). 
• when the items arrive, we will inform you and full payment has to be made before delivery or collection in person. if collecting we prefer COD

3) IN-STOCK ITEMS

• you are most welcome to come and view the items at our distributor's places either in KLANG  or CHANGLUN (u may need to set appointment fist before coming) 
• please do not hesitate to email us for further details on distributor's address & contact person 

4) PAYMENT METHODS

• We need the FULL PAYMENT upon collection or arrange delivery to customer
• Payment can be made in 2 ways either tru internet transfer/cash deposit to our Maybank/CIMB accounts or COD upon collecting the items.
• Proof of payment is COMPULSORY; please email us the details asap to avoid any conflict.

5) PACKAGING & POSTAGE

• we will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during delivery. however we will pack your items carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.
• your order will be posted out after full payment received.
• we always use Pos Laju Malaysia.
